Q:What is the typical time line for Mosaic to start my project?

A: The Scope of Work that is being done generally drives when the project can start. All projects that are over $2500.00 in value have to be permitted per Georgia State law. Typical permit issuance is 2-4 weeks from the time that a permit is submitted to the governing municipality.

Q:How will we know what is going on at any given time?

A: Mosaic Construction Uses a robust software platform called Houzz Pro. This platform allows us to build and update a job site schedule in real time. We also have the ability to share daily reports, photos, and also can handle all billing through the platform.

Q: If I see something that I don’t like during the construction process when should I say something?

A: There is a good chance that if a quality defect is present, our Mosaic Superintendent is already aware. When we find defects or quality issues we like to communicate upfront so that the homeowner knows we are on top of it.
